Account Manager, Sales
Sell and manage installation of the companies modern irrigation design products and services. Successful candidate will work with existing customers and generate new leads and present new product offering. Once product and projects are sold, this position will also require design review, cost review, coordination with engineering and construction divisions to see project to completion. This is a hand on role from sales to completion of a product for the customer. Senior Registration Specialist
Process and manage Branded product registrations with U.S states, international countries, and organic entities, including new product registrations, annual renewals, and registration amendments. Manage related regulatory affairs for Branded products under the various regulatory programs. Manage all communications with state and foreign regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders related to registration and nutrient product regulatory activities. Support and assist the Product Registration Department associates in providing leadership, expert advice, sound judgment, and timely and appropriate actions in implementing the product registration process. Through example, create an atmosphere within the Product Registration Department dominated by the desire to achieve "excellence in the delivered product." Ensure that performance of the nutrient registration component of the regulatory department is such that objectives as outlined in Strategic and Operating Plans are met, with emphasis on effective resource utilization to reduce Shareholder risk and maximize corporate value. Minimum of 5 years in international, federal, and state product registration or related experience preferred. Experience with monitoring and managing federal and state regulatory affairs. Fundamental knowledge of chemistry, as well as a deep understanding of ag industry crops, technologies and practices, and knowledge of the marketplace. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills along with exceptional time management skills. Home Office in either Midwest, West Coast, West or Southwest.
